For over 25 years, Schneller has offered customers the opportunity to train with the best in technical service and application engineering during our Application Workshops. We provide two workshops per year, one in June and the other in September. These training opportunities ensure customers have a better understanding of our newer products as well as core offerings. In addition to the “hands-on” application of our products, customers have the chance to see how our products are manufactured during a tour of the Schneller facility.
Providing training to our customers on how to apply and install our products is important to us. We are proud to be solution-centric.
We have all used a product and at some point hit a dead end. You may have done something wrong (or the product isn’t performing the way you thought it would). Perhaps you were able to figure it out, or maybe you contacted a support representative who explained what went wrong. Regardless, you lost valuable time. Our customer training workshops help to minimize this kind of frustration and downtime and leads to a better application experience.
We understand that just because we know our products inside and out, it is unwise for us to assume this will be the case for our customers. Learning the best application method for each product is essential to long-term success.

The interactions we have with customers during the workshop produce valuable insights. Sometimes, they have an issue we haven’t seen before, or they have an idea we have yet to discover. Either way, the workshops encourage open conversation and prompt us to ask more questions that improve our products and training offerings.
The workshop takes place over a two-day period in our state-of-the-art Technology and Application Development Center located in Kent, Ohio. The center was designed with education in mind and features a spacious and comfortable conference room, modeled in classroom style, as well as the machines and equipment needed for a realistic application experience.
