Deconstructionism is to change your personal experience by simply modifying your perspective.
It is based on the idea of questioning all traditional assumptions of cabin interiors and perceived value by digging down to the raw base elements, embracing natural imperfections and asymmetries. In our 2019 Design Collection, our interior designers demonstrate their individual interpretation of the Deconstructionism concept.
Our decorative color stories are broken into 5 unique themes:
ELEGANT – ORNATE
Elegant Ornate is about shifting perspective. It is either breaking down the structure in itself or the texture is breaking down the pattern with the layers of effect pigments. This segment features our newest commercial aircraft interior decorative laminates AerFilm flex® contour, AerFilm® LHR, AerTrim® LW and non-textile flooring PanFlor. This collection highlights blue and silver tones and patterns.
ESSENCE - OF- NATURE
Natural & organic, the age of these wood grains is being appreciated as is. Embracing the base material for example thread in the formed piece, the pattern is mimicking the thread that is breaking apart naturally and organically. This segment contains both of our new interior decorative laminates - AerFilm flex® contour and AerFilm sofTouch® and the non-textile flooring is our AerMat® 9500BP. These products are presented in hues of taupe and mauves.
SENSATIONAL
The palette is muted and mindful with the touch of soft sage. This color scheme evokes the emotion of settling down with the imperfections and accepting the nature as is.
SALIENT - EDGE
Salient Edge expresses deconstructed richness and powerful statement that touches the sharp modernity by allowing the form to be broken up and paired differently. This urban manifesto with its undeniably powerful quality of darker hues enhances the overall size and appearance of the plane interior by sharpening the edges and emphasizing on profile tone-on-tone.
LUSTROUS
With stronger integration of baroque style and embellishments, this rich metallic palette sets the tone of luxury and extravagance. More than being a rare metal, it creates the sensual harmonies, balances all elements and radiates the soft allure.
All design segments feature our newest aircraft decorative laminate offerings, AerFilm flex® contour and AerFilm sofTouch®, as well as AerFilm® LHR and our non-textile flooring PanFlor® and AerMat® 9500BP.
