Congratulations to the 2019 Recipients of the Schneller Lifetime Commitment Award

We pay close attention to our employees and value their innovation, input, and tireless dedication to serving our customers. Without that commitment, our success would have been short-lived.

After 55 years, Schneller continues to lead the industry with our employees at the forefront of everything we do. We don’t have to look far to find team members who have spent their lives helping us build the organization into the successful company we are today. In every facet of our business, we have team members who have decades of service to Schneller. As a testament to the culture of employee appreciation at Schneller, we have had 3 generations of family members; fathers, sons and daughters; brothers and sisters; and countless other relatives who have been referred by their family members to join our dedicated team.

At Schneller we truly value the commitment of all our employees who spend a significant portion of their lives working to help us continue our long-term success.  Recognizing those employees who have literally grown up at Schneller is an important part of our culture. This is why we have created the Lifetime Commitment Award.

The Lifetime Commitment Award was created to honor those employees who have 40 or more years of service with the company. While the award includes round-trip airfare for 2 and a gift with a personal engraving, it’s really about surrounding these employees with the admiration of their team members and the gratitude of Schneller management.
